Good neighborhood eatery
Everybody loves the burgers. Feel like an outsider when you come in. It's a pub with a local hangout. Not much to brag about.

Why hasn't this place been on Kitchen Nightmares yet? The food is deplorably overpriced and completely uninspiring. The chef is completely oblivious of what fine cuisine should be. If you are going to call yourself a BISTRO at least have the decency to hire a real (classically trained) chef. I've had several different meals from the menu and each plate was started with a soup ladle full of an orange goop which I could only identify as grease. The only reason this place stays open is because of the bar and the regular drunks that visit.

We recently had our rehearsal dinner at Truffles the night before our wedding down the street at East wind and it was perfect! The owner set us up in the private room in the back, decorated according to our wedding colors, gave us an amazing waitress (there were 27 of us to serve) and everyone raved about their food! The portions were very generous ranging from chicken to salmon to steak and we were never without anything we needed! My wife and I found truffles by accident and we are so glad we did! Not only was the service great but we were given a great price! Thank you Truffles Bistro (especially Camille) for everything you did for us!
